I can hardly lift my arms. It hurts from my wrists all the way up to my elbow, shoulder and neck, on both sides. I totally overdid it! When I’m in writing mode, it’s on. Ideas are nonstop and I don’t stop. I just keep typing away and hours and hours go by before I realize it. What got me to stop today is the WALL OF PAIN I ran smack into. I felt the strain but I ignored it until it got to be too much. Silly, I know. I’ve had this issue once before and quite frankly I’m mad at myself for allowing this to happen AGAIN. I’ve been getting ready for the release of my first book, writing articles and working on other projects — Overdoing it big time for the last 3 months straight and today, well this happened. I know the drill – wrist splints, massage therapy, acupuncture and chiropractic, for the next three weeks at least and must lay off of the computer! I guess some things you have to learn the hard way. OK, I got the lesson this time. I GOT IT! Voice command, copy and paste will be my thing for a while. Take your breaks people!
