Tamara Branch is an award winning author on a mission to assist girls in unlocking their brilliant potential. Her debut book, ITGIRL4LIFE: How to bring out your special something and so much more, has become a self-esteem resource for girls all over the world.
Tamara has modeled professionally for years. She walked the runway for top designers Calvin Klein, Donna Karan, Bob Mackie, and Christian Dior, co-hosted PBS New York’s education series, “What’s Up in Technology”, and appeared in T.V. commercials and print ads, for brands including: Levi’s, Old Navy, Colgate, Revlon, Hershey’s, Kellogg’s Special K, Hanes, Nike, AT&T, Pepsi, and many others.
A Penn State alumnus and lifelong student of personal development, Tamara is deeply passionate about uplifting the human spirit. Her commitment to enhance her offerings and her own self care practice, lead her to graduate from Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s Health Coaching program, where she studied under Deepak Chopra, Dr. Andrew Weil and some of the top health and wellness experts in the world.
Tamara was asked to become a Female Visionary Author guest blogger for The Brave Heart Women Global Community. She’s a SAG/AFTRA member, a member of Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators and is represented by Abrams Artists Agency and CESD.
An artist in every sense, Tamara brings her creative expression into her self empowerment talks and workshops for girls and women. She is happy to be returning to her roots as an actor/performer and adds screenplay writer, to her repertoire. Look out for her upcoming projects.
Tamara is from New York, born and raised in the Bronx, and currently resides in Los Angeles, California, with her husband, Theron.
