Tamara Branch is an award winning author, on a mission to assist girls in unlocking their brilliant potential.  ITGIRL4LIFE: How to bring out your special something and so much more, the first installment in the Foundation for Girls series, has become a self-esteem resource for girls all over the world.

Tamara has worked as a professional model, strutting down the runway for Calvin Klein, Donna Karen and Christian Dior. She co-hosted PBS New York’s education series, “What’s Up in Technology”, and appeared in T.V. commercials and print ads, for brands including: Levi’s, Old Navy, Colgate, Revlon, Hershey’s, Kellogg’s Special K, Hanes, Nike, AT&T, Pepsi, and many others.

A Penn State alumnus and lifelong student of personal development, Tamara is deeply passionate about uplifting the human spirit. Her commitment to adding more value to her writings and to raise the bar on her own self care practices, lead her to Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she studied under Deepak Chopra, Dr. Andrew Weil and some of the top health and wellness experts in the world.

Tamara was asked to become a Female Visionary Author guest blogger for The Brave Heart Women Global Community.  She’s a SAG/AFTRA member, a member of Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators and is represented by Abrams Artists Agency and CESD.

Tamara is an artist in every sense and brings her creative expression into her self empowerment talks and workshops for girls and women. Hailing from New York, born and raised in the Bronx, Tamara lives in Los Angeles, California, with her husband.
