Tamara Branch is an award winning author, on a mission to help girls unlock their brilliant potential and build a strong foundation for their lives. Her debut book, ITGIRL4LIFE:How to bring out your special something and so much more, is the first book in “The Foundation for Girls,” series and has become a self-esteem resource for young women all over the world. 

Tamara, formerly a professional model, strutted down the runway for designers Calvin Klein, Donna Karen, and Christian Dior, co-hosted PBS New York’s education series, “What’s Up in Technology” and appeared T.V. commercials and print ads for Levi’s, Old Navy, Hershey’s, Colgate, Kellogg’s Special K, Revlon, Hanes, Nike and many others.

A Penn State alumnus and lifelong student of personal development, Tamara is deeply passionate about uplifting the human spirit. Her commitment to living a vibrant life, lead her to Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she completed the Health Coaching program, studying under Deepak Chopra, Dr. Andrew Weil and some of the top health and wellness experts in the world. 

Tamara is an artist in every sense of the word and brings that creative expression to her signature ITGIRL4LIFE talks and workshops, assisting young women on their self-empowerment journey. She’s from New York, born and raised in the Bronx and lives in Los Angeles, California, with her husband.
