Tamara Branch is the author of “Foundation for Girls” series. ITGIRL4LIFE: How to bring out your special something and so much more, the first release, has become a self-esteem resource for young women all over the world. The book shares 40 bite-sized chapters on building a powerful foundation for life and redefines what it means to be an “It Girl”. “YOU have IT. IT is the greatness you were born with.”
Tamara has worked as a professional model for 15+ years. She strutted down the runway for Calvin Klein, Donna Karen and Christian Dior, co-hosted PBS New York’s education series, “What’s Up in Technology”, and appeared in T.V. commercials and print ads for Levi’s, Old Navy, Colgate, Revlon, Hershey’s, Kellogg’s Special K, Hanes, Nike, AT&T, Pepsi, and many others.
A Penn State alumnus and lifelong student of personal development, Tamara is deeply passionate about uplifting the human spirit. Her commitment to living a vibrant life lead her to Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she studied under Deepak Chopra, Dr. Andrew Weil and some of the top health and wellness experts in the world.
Tamara is multi-passionate, an artist in every sense, from New York, born and raised in the Bronx and lives in Los Angeles, California, with her husband.
